 Effective Date: October 7, 2024 At Eurosport Racing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy provides information on how to return eligible items and obtain a refund. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom or personalized products, such as custom fire suits and custom team apparel
  • Any clothing items are not returnable
  • Helmets are not returnable once the box is opened
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

  2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for Eligible Products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in New, Unused condition and include all original packaging and tags. Custom products may not be eligible for return.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the instructions in our Returns Policy. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
•  Returns for reasons not related to an error on the part of Eurosport Porsche Road And Race must be shipped at the buyer's sole expense and risk, and will not be eligible for refund or exchange until the returned item has been received, inspected, and judged by us to be in a condition and state sellable in all respects as "new". Products not received by us in such condition, including those not returned in a proper corrugated shipping box, if accepted by us for refund or exchange, will be charged a fee equal to 40% of the original price paid. Any returned items deemed by Eurosport Porsche Road And Race to be unsellable as "new" in all respects may be refused entirely and thus ineligible for refund, credit, or exchange. 
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 15 days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless due solely to our error), including but not limited to the following:

1. Special order items, tools, lubricants, fluids, roll bars, and wheels.
2. Any brake rotors, pads or brake kits
3. All restraints such as harnesses, Helmets,  window nets, side nets, and other safety restrains and related hardware.
4. Any fire suits or clothing that has been opened.
5. Items that we receive in other-than-brand-new condition (e.g., dirty, stained/discolored, covered in pet hair, showing signs of use) are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
6. Any item or items determined by Eurosport Porsche Road And Race at our sole discretion, to have been purchased for use as costumes, props, or any other non-racing endeavor, are not eligible for return for refund, exchange, or credit. Such endeavors include, but are not limited to: movie, TV, video, or other theatrical production; advertisement; product development; or photography.
7. Items purchased for non-racing purposes are sold without warranty and are not returnable for any reason.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and a determination will be made as to whether or not it is eligible for a refund (full or partial). If eligible, we will submit a refund to the original payment account only. The time it takes for your payment provider to credit your account may vary.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact Eurosport Porsche Road And Race with your name, email address, phone, order number, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for your return.
2. Return Process Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

• Contact our Customer Service team at 630-595-5577 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

• Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
• Use a traceable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are returned outside the specified condition or timeframe, subject to our discretion.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

• Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to request an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• We will ship the exchange item to you once the original item has been received and inspected.
• Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping on the item being exchanged. Eurosport Racing will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Exchanges do not apply to custom orders or any Clothing or Helmets

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. You will be required to provide photos of the damaged or defective item as part of the process.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

• Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on custom fire suits, custom team apparel, or other personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged.
• Any clothing or helmets that have been opened .Please check and verify from size charts before you make a purchase
• Gift Cards and Final Sale Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. International Returns For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with international returns.

Return Policy: All Helmets and clothing items are final sales and are not returnable . Please verify sizing and fitment prior to purchase. 

                                                                      A Special Note About Racing Seat Returns

Racing seats being returned to Eurosport Porsche Road And Race must be received, in our sole judgment, free from any and all signs of mounting, installation, or other use, including but not limited to dings, scratches, tears, scuffs, worn material, or other blemishes. Every returned racing seat is subject to inspection by Eurosport Porsche Road And Race. We will deduct a 40% restocking fee from any refund, exchange, or credit issued for each returned racing seat in addition to any and all shipping costs incurred by Eurosport Porsche Road And Race.

A return authorization number will be required  prior to any return shipment which can be obtained by contacting us 630-595-5577
